SMS was hired by the Real Estate News to help them drive awareness/readership of their newspaper plus highlight their positive community involvement in Winnipeg.
For many years now SMS has been conducting various innovative community focused promotions, multi-media campaigns to coincide with meeting these respective goals.
In the Fall of 2012 – the Real Estate News recently converted their print version into an online newspaper and modified their company`s website to become mobile friendly. They essentially conformed their paper to coincide with the respective needs of their readers.

SMS implemented an innovative multi-media campaign that effectively reached the younger and older print, online readers effectively.

SMS also executed a fun community focused onair/online/text messaging contest with VIRGIN Radio that generated very strong results. The contest drove awareness of the REN’s multiple reader platforms and included a gift card prize of $500 to IKEA. SMS worked with the REN to promote the contest through various platforms. Contest Outcome: The response over a very short timeframe was phenomenal with a total of 7,767 entries.
